The Humanities building as snow accumulates
On Friday, Jan. 23 Loyola students and faculty were notified of campus closings for the upcoming Sunday and Monday in anticipation of a major winter storm. With expectations of six to ten inches of snowfall accumulation, students were sent information and tips influencing proper preparation and precaution for the anticipated weather. This snowfall resulted in Wednesday classes being held virtually.
Students did not let the snow stop them from enjoying their five day weekend. From snowball fights on the quad to sledding down the Notre Dame hill, students can be seen bundled up and making the most out of the winter weather.
