Are you looking for someone to love you through your ups and downs?  If so, Pink Sweat$ and Kehlani have the perfect song for you. Their new single “At My Worst” was released at the end of January and it is already putting many people in their feels. The simple yet catchy song talks about wanting to find someone who will love you no matter what. The song opens with a slow guitar intro accompanied with the lyrics, “Can I call you baby?/ Can you be my friend?/ Can you be my lover until the very end?”

This tune has a sweet, innocent feel that will make anyone’s heart swoon way past the month of February. The melody of the chords comforts while the lyrics say the things that the reader may be afraid to say out loud. Love songs aren’t something new for Pink Sweat$. You may be familiar with his most streamed Spotify track, “Honesty.”

“Honesty” has a similar theme of wanting to give your whole heart and soul to your partner and wanting to have that love reciprocated. Kehlani also has a collection of love songs in her discography, such as “Honey” which was released in 2017. This track was an acoustic take about her romantic appreciation for women. It only makes sense that these two R&B artists would collaborate together to produce a wonderfully melodic song about wanting to have someone that loves you through all of life’s challenges.

With Valentine’s Day coming up, this is the perfect song to share with your partner, your besties, or even your furry friends! The song is available for streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube.
