Earlier today, President Rev. Brian F. Linnane, S.J. delivered the annual State of the University address in McGuire Hall. Members of the Loyola community were invited to celebrate recent successes and reflect on challenges and areas of improvement within the university.
Rev. Linnane touched upon improvement on retention rates, introductions of new academic programs, and a clear approach to future enrollment.
Linnane also stressed a need for a “culture of philanthropy”, and cited concerns with regard to recent filings of bias reports.
Additionally, the President announced the campus climate survey overview will be released tomorrow via email. A presentation of the survey is open to the Loyola community at noon on Oct. 23 in McGuire Hall.
