Baltimore’s Cultural Events: October 2018

Throughout the year, Charm City sponsors and hosts a variety of cultural events that many Loyola students may not necessarily hear about, but would love to attend. To combat this, I compiled a list of events I found through different social platforms to spread the word about Baltimore’s exciting and artistic activities. Friday, Sept. 28 – 30 Baltimore Book Festival

  • Time: 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • Place: Baltimore Inner Harbor

 

Saturday, Oct. 6Baltimore Taco Fest

  • Time: 1 p.m.-7 p.m.
  • Place: 34 Market Place
  • Tickets: $10

 

Sunday, Oct. 14 –  Thai Street at Baltimore Immigrant and Refugee Food Festival

  • Time: 12 p.m.-5 p.m.
  • Place: Canton Waterfront Park

 

Sunday, Oct. 14The Craft: A Halloween Themed Vintage and Handmade Market

  • Time: 11 a.m.-4 p.m.

Friday, Oct. 19-28Maryland Food Truck Week

  • Time: 6 a.m.-12 a.m.
  • Place: Greater Baltimore Metropolitan Area
