Loyola University Maryland’s Black Box Theater is preparing for the opening night of the Fall 2023 show of the play “Five Women Wear the Same Dress” by Alan Ball.
Directed by Sydney Eichel, ’24, the play follows a group of bridesmaids who hide out in a bedroom to escape the wedding of their best frenemy. It also explores the ups, downs, love, hate, friendship, and betrayal of the female experience.
The student-directed play is set to have its first show on Thursday, Oct. 26.
